The beach and surf club are just 100m away, with cafes, restaurants and shops of Tedder Ave 2-300m away. A convenience shops is 50m away. We're one street back from the beach, so it's nice and quiet. Sea World and some nice quiet sandy beach breaks can be found between here and the spit. The unit itself is bright and open with multiple 'hanging out' zones. We're table tennis enthusiasts, so you'll surprisingly find a ping pong table right on the middle of the living room. If you're not a fan you put it away. The master bedroom has incredible views and allows you to get away from it all. The unit block has it all - synthetic grass tennis court, spa, sauna, pool area. A typical day consists of some glassy 2-3 foot waves, followed by a ceremonious big breakfast, a few hours work and nine holes of golf - but that's just me. Whatever you're into, you'll enjoy being here.
Beaches in the area: Great waves are found straight out the front, between our place and the spit, over at South Stradbroke Island or you can drive south - to Snapper or Byron maybe. Then there's Burleigh, 20 minutes away, Cabarita 45 minutes away - they're my favourites.

Owner profile: The three of us are basically .com entrepreneurs. We run an online finance business and do the marketing from wherever we like. Our call centre is based in Southport, but the nature of our work means that we don't necessarily have to be there. We are in our early thirties and are normal, clean living, well mannered guys. We go to bed early and eat our vegetables and enjoy our work and our lifestyle. Two of us are the founders of the company and the third guy is the marketing manager. Our girlfriends may join us for a few days when go away depending on their work. We like to mix it up a little location wise (I've recently spent 2 months in Northern Europe and 2 months in Kauai, Hawaii) so we thought this might be fun. We don't smoke, seldom drink. We surf, play golf, tennis, cycle and play table tennis. We love cooking too.
