5 minutes walk to fabulous Lake Wanaka, boating, walking and fishing.
5 minute drive or a 15-20 minutes walk via lake to town, with great cafes, restaurants and shops.
35 minutes drive to the amazing ski fields of Cardrona (http://www.cardrona.com) and Treble Cone (http://www.treblecone.com), and 1hour to cosmopolitan Queenstown.
As this is not our main residence we are able to do non-simultaneous property swaps.

Owner profile: Tracy & Stephen own and run a successful construction/building company on the Great Ocean Road and Surf Coast in Victoria, Australia. They live on the beach with their two sons, who both are in high school. The family enjoy traveling, snow skiing, snorkeling, diving and many other fun and adventurous activities.
Because of our love for skiing and snow sports after another brilliant family holiday in Wanaka we decided that we had to have a second home here. We love Wanaka and surrounds and have been amazing surprised how beautiful it is in the Summer as well as in the Winter.
Having traveled extensively Wanaka is surely one of the most special places on Earth.
Preferred Swap Dates: 2010: needs to be in Australian school holidays, but after that we are flexible.
Preferred swap locations: Queensland & New South Wales, Australia
We would love to ski in Whistler or the States. We also love hot weather, the beach, any where tropical. Surprise us!
