We actually live in cosy Fairlight which is basically one suburb from the beautiful Manly Beach! There is great surf for all levels with heaps of beginners learning to surf right through to those that have surfed their whole life! Being situated right on the Northern Beaches (either a 20 minute Ferry ride or 30 minute drive from the centre of Sydney) you are literally at the start of all endless beaches that stretch all the way up the coast! Our unit is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a huge lock-up-garage and fantastic kitchen that overlooks the living/dining area and balcony. We are a 3 minute walk from the local shops and 10 minutes from the centre of Manly which offers all the restaurants, shops, cafes etc. that you can ask for.
Beaches in the area: We are a 10 minute walk to Manly Beach (or a ride down the hill) where there are a number of breaks for both beginners and advanced surfers (depending on the swell). Manly is essentially the gateway to the rest of the northern beaches where each beach on this stretch of coast offers a range of surfing spots and only a short drive away.
