House & Location description: Our home is at La Punta, a peaceful neighborhood home to locals and expats.
From the house you have a view of the La Punta break, and you can also see if Zicatela beach break is going off.
The home is a breezy open-air design with all the comforts you need to mellow out in paradise.
We have a freshwater pool, hammocks, BBQ, and lots of outdoor spaces.
We're on the colectivo (bus) route, for 5 pesos you can ride to the market or anywhere between. Car swap also negotiable.
Beaches in the area: La Punta, our favorite spot, is a 7 minute walk from the house. It's a left point break for beginners to expert depending on the swell.
20 minute walk or 5 minute ride to Zicatela, the Mexican Pipeline, heavy beach break for barrel riders.
10 minute drive to Carrizalillo beach, an amazing cove with left & right point break best for beginner to intermediate.
Lots of other mellow beaches in the area for swimming. Nearby lagoons are great for paddleboarding. Deep sea fishing is also great.
